Evaristic is a powerful client record management system that can be used by multi-services settlement agencies across Canada to record and retrieve important client information while generating detailed real-time reports on individual and group activities.

Types of Services
1. Direct Services
Information & Orientation Services
The Information & Orientation Form is used to collect pre- and post-arrival information on the topics discussed during the meeting with the Client. This form can be used for one-to-one or group sessions.

Referral Services
This form is used to document referrals to other organizations and community partners. The client gets one copy and of the form and the other send to the organization where the client is being referred.

Language Training
The language assessment module is used for recording IRCC funded CLB language assessments. The language training module is used to record language training course management.

Employment
Employment related services are a subset of the settlement program'activities which aim to prepare immigrants for obtaining employment. The employment related services module allows you to report services for a number of clients without individually validating each client.

Resettlement Assistance
The RAP module allows you to report services for a number of clients without individually validating each client.

- Community Connection activities
The Community Connection Form is used to determine the assistance required to create networks through initiatives for the client, on a social and/or professional level.
